Role Overview:
The firm are seeking experienced High-Frequency Traders to join their business and to build out new high-frequency trading desks. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage world-class technology, collaborate with a team of tech experts, and take ownership of your own trading book. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in HFT strategies, with a proven ability to deliver high Sharpe and Return on Capital.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize high-frequency trading strategies across various asset classes
- Leverage the firm’s market-leading trading platform, co-located server access, and infrastructure to design low-latency strategies
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers, traders, and developers to enhance trading performance
- Analyze real-time market data to identify profitable opportunities and refine trading models
- Monitor and adjust strategies in real-time to maximize performance and minimize risk
- Maintain and improve high-performance execution in a competitive market environment
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in high-frequency trading with a demonstrable track record of success
- Proven ability to generate consistently high returns with Sharpe Ratio of 5 and high ROC
- Strong understanding of market microstructure and latency-sensitive trading strategies
- Expertise in low-latency algorithmic trading, market making, or statistical arbitrage
- Proficiency with programming languages such as C , Python, or similar
- Experience with high-performance computing and co-located server environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly competitive trading environment
