Operator Role
Empathize. Communicate. Resolve.
- We're seeking top-notch Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional support for our clients.
- While you will primarily handle calls for one designated set of industries, you may also support other accounts to assist with overflow as needed.

What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
- Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while actively listening and addressing caller needs
- Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision
- Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed
- Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication
- Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience
- Live chat, SMS, and email support
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Weekly Direct Deposit 4 month increase
- 4 Month Anniversary: $1.00/hr Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
- 8 Month Anniversary: $.50/hr Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
- 1 Year Anniversary: $.50/hr Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
