In this position, you will be responsible for performing the Front Desk Receptionist duties listed below. Must have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask, Excel, and Google Sheets experience. These skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Job Description
Facilitate various sales reports using Excel
Facilitate various sales reports using Google Sheets
Assist in handling inbound corporate office phone calls and website chat requests
Ensure timely and accuracy of mail & package processing
Assessing daily operational needs
Capturing sales lead information via web forms, phone calls, and chat requests with timely and proper sales assignment
Various administrative duties as assigned
Identifying and distributing e-faxes to the appropriate people.
Required Qualifications :
Ability to work Monday through Friday
Excellent verbal, writing, grammar, and communication skills
Experience with CRMs is preferred
Strong computer and Internet skills
Great problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Must have reliable transportation
