Located near UTRGV in Edinburg, our spacious office is where the magic happens. As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you'll be the friendly voice answering calls for a variety of businesses, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for every interaction.

Embody the client's brand and ensure a warm, professional experience for every caller. In every action you do when you handle incoming calls, from greeting callers, providing and requesting required information, transferring calls, or taking messages as necessary, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch customer service.
In our fast-paced environment, flexibility is key. We have openings for 1st and 2nd shift, including weekends and holidays. Your positive, can-do attitude will shine through in every interaction!

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows based environment
- Good attendance
- The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Speak, read and write fluent Spanish/English
