Truth Traveler Operations team members will serve a multipurpose role, and they are responsible for creating the best experience possible for our guests. Requirements
All Truth Traveler employees must have a positive attitude to employees and guest, able to move and stand for long periods of time, willing to jump in wherever needed, meet lifting requirements (up to 20 pounds), are subject to a background check, confirm agreement with the Answers in Genesis’ Statement of Faith, and adhere to our drug-free workplace policy.

Qualifications
TITLE: Guest Services
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to all guests by creating an excellent first impression by greeting, directing, and answering questions related to the Pigeon Forge Truth Traveler and other Answers in Genesis attractions.
- Proactively engage guests to direct and maintain traffic flow.
- Good problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
- Responsible for maintaining displays and cleanliness throughout.
- Create a SHINE culture environment in all work done
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Customer service skills: friendly and courteous with guests
- Strong oral communication skills, comfortable giving direction to guests
- Basic Math skills: Accuracy in cash and financial transactions with guests
TITLE: Retail
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to all guests in an engaging retail shopping environment.
- Proactively greet and assist guests on the sales floor.
- Assist guests with retail purchases in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Responsible for accurate pricing, re-stocking and maintaining order and cleanliness of the store.
- Create a SHINE culture environment in all work done
- Approach all tasks with a second mile mindset.
- Responsible for re-stocking merchandise, straightening displays and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
- Assist with inventory and pricing as needed.
- Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff by ensuring walkways are clear of products, boxes, and spills.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to all guests, creating an exceptional attraction experience.
- Proactively engage guests and provide directions at the Truth Traveler VR experience, and the Planetarium.
- Ensure safety of all guests through understanding and adherence of all safety protocols
- Approach all tasks with a second mile mindset.
- Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments.
- Create a SHINE culture environment in all work done
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
