Answerwest is seeking customer service agents for our inbound call center.
We are a high volume, fast paced call center providing messaging and dispatching services for businesses in the Reno/Sparks area and beyond. Our agents must courteously and efficiently handle incoming calls for a variety of clients.
Applicants must have a friendly, professional voice, utilizing excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. The ideal candidate must be attentive to detail; have excellent listening skills; be able to quickly read and follow written instruction and compose messages using proper spelling and grammar. Typing at least 40 words per minute is required.
All employees go through a two week training period to learn the expectations of the company, learn the system and how to handle the calls.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shifts can be scheduled either full time or part time hours, according to employee's request. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
