Your Mission:
- Lead the charge in developing and implementing AI solutions for NATO wargaming.
- Design and execute experiments to test AI applications in dynamic scenarios.
- Develop strategies for real-time analytics and human-machine teaming.
- Create multimedia content for training and preparatory materials using AI tools.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver impactful results.
What You'll Bring:
- Active Secret Clearance & NATO member country citizenship.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
- Proven expertise in integrating AI technologies into real-world applications.
- Experience with generative AI models, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related tools.
- Understanding of wargaming principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts.
- Residency in Norfolk, VA, or the ability to commute.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, ML, AI, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
