What You'll Do:
- Lead Multi-Site Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance and driving profitability across multiple locations.
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Implement scalable strategies to improve turnaround times and resource utilization.
- Manage P&L and Compliance: Monitor and analyze location P&Ls, ensuring profitability and adherence to aviation industry standards.
- Develop and Mentor Teams: Manage recruitment, training, and retention of on-site personnel, fostering professional growth.
- Build Client Relationships: Maintain strong client relationships, addressing and resolving quality issues promptly.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring all operations comply with regulatory requirements.
- Support Sales and Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and onboard new clients.
- Extensive Travel: Travel 50%-60% to oversee operations, meet with clients, and provide on-site leadership.
What You Bring:
- Aviation Industry Expertise: 5-7 years in a management role within the aviation industry is essential.
- Operational Leadership: Proven ability to resolve operational issues and implement scalable solutions.
- P&L Management: Strong understanding of P&L management, compliance, and quality control processes.
- Team Management: Experience managing and developing distributed teams, particularly in aviation services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance in the aviation industry.
- Excellent Communication: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fluid schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Experience managing operations in the manufacturing, logistics, or aviation services sectors preferred.
