The Antech FP&A Global Director plays a leading role in the planning, reporting and analysis processes for the Mars Science & Diagnostics division. The role Is based out of the Antech Global Headquarter In New York and will work closely with the SDx regions around the world. The Antech FP&A Director will also be a key contributor to the value creation agenda and rhythm of performance, including periodic business reviews, forecasting processes, and strategic/ad hoc meetings.
This is a hybrid position based out of our New York City hub. The Target Pay Range for this position is $155K - $175K annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

Duties:
- Play a leading role in the core tasks for the SDx Global FP&A team, including the periodic reporting cycle, forecasting process, the annual planning cycle etc
- Enhance and develop current financial tools and models to analyze business performance, implement process changes as needed, and deliver periodic/quarterly/annual reporting requirements, including business reviews and presentations, leveraging digital tools
- Be a key contact person for Mars Corporate and the Global Petcare FP&A team
- Work closely with the SDx Global Regions to provide actionable Insights
- Ownership of the forecasting process and support the budgeting process
- Drive continuous improving processes on cost efficiency, Working Capital, Cash Flow optimizations, etc.
- Co-responsible for informing management on the progress and effectiveness of the company’s strategic plans and investments
- Act as thought partner for the SDx finance leaders on strategic and operational topics
- Build relationships with the wider leadership team to improve financial rigor and the decision-making process
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommending appropriate actions
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years business planning, FP&A and forecasting experience
- Mars experience preferred
- Ability to compile data, develop insights, and communicate recommendations to executive-level audiences
- Strong system knowledge beneficial
- Excellent communication, partnering, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound decisions
