This is a Hybrid role based out of our Loveland / Longmont, Colorado facilities. The Target Pay Range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
PURPOSE OF JOB :
The IT System Analyst - Manufacturing is responsible for providing real-time technical support for warehousing, order fulfillment, and associated software systems. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues as well as addressing data discrepancies in inventory and orders. The ideal candidate will excel at quickly diagnosing and resolving issues in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Provide first-line, time-critical support for warehousing, order management, and shipping systems, including related hardware (e.g., barcode scanners, label printers, shipping stations).
- Collaborate with distribution and IT teams to resolve issues impacting order fulfillment and shipping in real time.
- Monitor and analyze multiple software systems and integrations to diagnose issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements related to software systems, warehousing, and order operations.
- Provide feedback to IT Development and QA teams regarding software improvements, including bug fixes and enhancements to workflows / screens.
- Implement software version updates and patches while adhering to change control procedures.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Travel between the Loveland and Longmont warehouse facilities as needed.
