This is a Hybrid role based out of our office in Loveland, Colorado. The Target Pay Range for this position is $132,000 - $160,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
PURPOSE OF JOB :
The Software / Integration Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and mentoring a team of Full Stack (.NET and React) Engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. This role will involve a mix of hands-on coding, architectural decision-making, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .NET and react, and a proven track record of leading engineering teams to success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead the technical implementation of a team of Full Stack (.NET and React) Engineers, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Engage in hands-on coding, contributing to the codebase and performing code reviews.
- Provide input into decisions and work collaboratively with the team to implement them.
- Ensure efficient agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor team members, providing them with technical guidance and career development opportunities.
- Bridge with stakeholders, including product managers and business analysts, to ensure software solutions meet business requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and efficiency of the team and the applications, identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with integration developers and do code reviews, be compliant with consistent development methodologies, patterns & practices and improve on recommendations made as needed.
- Use API first methodology across Antech ecosystem and help designing products around an API from the ground up. Should be well versed in creating Products, managing Revisions and APIs with minimal vendor impact as needed.
- Develop new feature set or resolve bugs in conjunction with stakeholders in Agile teams.
- Work with IT stakeholders in ensuring compliance to software development practices and identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout full life cycle.
- A Tech lead is a pivotal role for our business in terms of possessing knowledge of application landscape and delivery as a domain SME in solutions design and keeping lights on.
