We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance and compliance programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality and compliance.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality and compliance matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
