Job Summary
Antenna Research Associates Inc. is constantly looking for Interns to work for three to six months at our Billerica, MA and Nashua, NH locations with the opportunity to be hired after graduation!

Essential Functions

- Operate applicable systems to support the manufacture of final Products and prototypes.
- Develop, update, and follow process specifications to support the manufacture and characterization of final product.
- Continuously identify and propose solutions for efficiency and throughput improvements.
- Develop new processes by working with fellow ARA engineers, suppliers, and customers.
- Work individually and with ARA's team of engineers, management, and subcontractors to develop competitive solutions to meet Customer needs.
- Support whitepapers, demonstrations, and proposals used to identify, qualify, and/or capture new Product and Product Development business.
- Work with ARA's engineers and management to identify customer requirements and define solutions for customers that achieve overall Company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and support management of technical tasks to meet the overall project objectives.
- Support the creation of work authorizations to guide completion of tasks.
- Identify potential issues/risks and develop and implement solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations; Enhance Company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Experience and Skills
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products
- Intermediate Excel Skill and additional Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite- Word, Power Point etc.)
Education
- Attending a two-year or four-year college Working toward a degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
