Antera Software is searching for a dynamic Platform Trainer to lead on-site and virtual training sessions that drive customer success and adoption of our innovative SaaS solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage & Empower: Deliver dynamic, tailored training sessions (workshops, webinars, e-learning) that meet diverse client needs.
- Demonstrate Excellence: Showcase platform features and guide users on best practices.
- Support & Troubleshoot: Provide hands-on support and address user questions during onboarding.
- Evaluate & Improve: Leverage feedback, assessments, and usage metrics to enhance training programs.
- Collaborate: Partner with internal teams to align training with product development and client objectives.
- Create Resources: Develop user guides, FAQs, and other training materials.
- Track Success: Monitor client progress, participation, and adoption metrics.
What You Bring:
- Communication & Presentation Skills: You know how to break down complex concepts and keep learners engaged.
- Training Experience: Background as a software trainer, onboarding specialist, or in customer success/sales.
- Tech-Savviness: Understanding of SaaS and software platforms (preferred).
- Accountability & Adaptability: Highly accountable, organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Excel and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
