We are currently developing a new class of TAVR designed to mimic the performance of a healthy aortic valve. We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing tactics aligned to product strategy that will grow brand commitment. While experience with TAVR is a plus, a strong understanding of the structural heart landscape and a passion for bringing innovative products to market are essential.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the brand strategy and execution of our structural heart products, including market research, market and competitive analysis, and core messaging.
- Apply brand strategy and messages to build market facing materials across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, marketing, clinical, Med Affairs) to ensure product and corporate brands achieve marketing goals.
- Develop and execute product launch plans, including defining product messaging, creating marketing materials, brand training, and supporting clinical trial activities.
- Track competitor activity and synthesize into actionable tactics and messaging.
- Conduct market research and distill insights into action in brand strategy.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and lead efforts to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Stay current on the latest trends and data in the structural heart market, identifying new opportunities for further research and tactics aligned to brand strategy.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on product strategy and tactical execution across channels.

Required Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product management in the medical device industry
- Proven experience in bringing new medical devices to market.
- Strong understanding of the structural heart market, with a preference for experience in TAVR devices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting.

- An understanding of clinical evidence and/or product requirements is desired.
- Solution and execution oriented with the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Bias to action and structure to define clear systems, processes, owners to get efficient results.
- Team player who enjoys the collaboration across functions and stakeholders
- Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project, etc.
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools.
- Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player mindset is key!
