What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make Ready/Porter Technician position at Anterra Management Corporation?
Make Ready Tech needed for Polo Club an apartment community in Austin, TX. A valid driver's license is required. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. 6 months of experience preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Drywall and paint, change out appliances, garbage disposals, light fixtures, ceiling fans, light bulbs, etc.
*Trash out and make-ready of apartments. Pick up trash around the grounds.
Will have opportunity to advance toward Maintenance Tech.
