Position Summary – We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative (formally Billing Department)
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first line of contact for many of our customers. It is essential to our company that you demonstrate a “we care attitude” and, are always willing and able to help our customers. This means that you will be working with other senior team members and managers through multiple channels to provide the best experience possible to our customers.
Responsibilities: As a Customer Care Representative, you will spend a significant amount of time on the phone assisting customers with a variety of their needs. We need someone who is dedicated to helping our customers determine the root issue they are facing. This position is very fast paced and will require you to be alert and responsive consistently. We need team members that are reliable and willing to exceed and grow in their roles within the company.
SCOPE
- Interpersonal and customer service Skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily. (IVR system knowledge)
- Cash counting knowledge.
- Ability to operate multiple company systems simultaneously.
- Send reminders for payments that are coming due.
- Answer questions and complaints regarding customer bills.
- Support internal customer requests.
- Initiate customer survey requests.
- Partner with other departments to create customer satisfaction.
Required Education/Experience
- High School Diploma

- Fast paced learning ability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in person, and virtual
- Thorough product knowledge for customer education and support.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and protocols.
- Basic mathematical knowledge.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to stay calm and collected in stressful situations.
- Ability to multitask using multiple software platforms at once.
- Computer Navigation.
