Administrator, Accounts Payable (Edmonton - Part Time)

Do spreadsheets excite you? Do the phrases ‘It’s accrual world’ and ‘Be audit you can be’ make you laugh? If so, we are looking for you.

You will

·         Prepare and process monthly A/P.

·         Assist with the preparation of construction loan draw requests.

·         File paid invoices and other project documentation.

·         Prepare bank deposits and deposit vouchers.

·         Property tax identification and distribution

·         Ad-hoc analysis, quick pays and other special projects.

You are

·         Eager to welcome challenges and enjoy a variety of tasks.

·         Known for your attention to detail.

·         Friendly. Even in the middle of completing three tasks with tight deadlines and get interrupted.

·         A self-starter with a strong work ethic who can’t wait to apply all you’ve learned.

You have

·         3 years’ experience in a similar role.

·         Proven your ability to work within a multiple entity and fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.

·         Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Yardi.

·         Exceptional accuracy, communication and people skills.

·         Real Estate industry experience (preferred).
