Dishwasher Job Summary :
- Support the delivery and execution of quality food service to residents and guests
- Maintain the cleanliness of all flatware, pots, pans, and serving trays in addition to assisting in meal prep and busing tables on a needed basis
- Monitor dish machine temperatures in daily log to maintain compliance
- Maintain cleanliness of dish machine area
Qualifications :
- Previous fine dining or culinary experience preferred
- Desire to learn and grow
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
