Every resident and employee have a unique story, and by celebrating the individual, we create a stronger community fueled by the power of connection.Director of Sales and Marketing Job Summary : Responsible for generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and move them through the sales process for the purpose of achieving budgeted occupancy targets for the communityResponsible for the development of the communities marketing, public relations, and advertising programs to maintain a growing base of referral sources, and promote the programs provided by the communityMaintain a working knowledge of the local market trends and competitors to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies and action plansReceives and / or responds to all incoming calls for inquiries. Follow-up with the inquiries via telephone calls, card / letters, mailing of marketing information and other means in an effort to meet budgeted occupancyKeeps referral, mailing list and customer information up to dateIdentifies, builds, and develops an effective network of community and professional sourcesAchieves and maintains required number of marketing contacts per week. Maintain outside referral database of qualified contactsDevelops active referral base within the community by making personal visits and sponsoring networking functions at the propertyMonitor's condition of all model rooms and respite rooms daily. Ensure that all rooms are ready for tour activityConducts morning walk-through of community to ensure readiness for property tours. Ensures all common areas needing attention are addressed at the beginning of each day, prior to any tour activityCompletes the marketing report weekly and provide completed report to the Executive DirectorAttends all appropriate networking functions in the areaWorks with the Executive Director to establish a creative marketing and advertising plan for the communityDevelops and complete a Competitive Market Analysis at least twice a year or as directed to do so by the Executive DirectorQualifications : Prior experience in marketing, sales, advertising and client experience preferredTelephone sales experience preferredA Bachelor's degree (B.A / B.S)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dataExcellent writing / communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel)Experience with database or customer relationship management software preferredEnjoy working in a fast-paced, team oriented environmentBenefit & Perks : Benefits eligibility starting 1st of the month following hire date for
