Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project estimates, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Conduct site assessments and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and maintain project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the Site, Concrete, Demo, or Excavation Construction Industry for the Estimator/Project Manager position.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the Site, Concrete, Demo, or Excavation Construction Industry for the Assistant Estimator/Project Manager position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar software.
- Experience using Bid 2 Win (B2W) software is an asset.
