Anthony Medical and Chiropractic Center is currently looking for an Office Supervisor for our Central Texas Clinics(Jarrell). You will be responsible for day-to-day operation, including driving business statistics. As an office manager, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform well in stressful situations. Our position requires knowledge of healthcare systems operations. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure steady workflows and uninterrupted service in our medical facility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Dentrix or eClinicalWorks
- Coordinate patient scheduling, including appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Manage the office budget, including monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and adherence to medical protocols
- Oversee human resources functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and staff scheduling
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical office management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of medical management principles and practices
- Familiarity with practice management software systems such as Dentrix or eClinicalWorks
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management for medical offices
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance within the office
- Experience providing medical administrative support in a hospital or clinical setting
