Anthony J. Madonia & Associates, Ltd. is an established law firm in Schaumburg that specializes in business and corporate law, trust and estate planning, taxation and litigation/dispute resolution. We are seeking an attorney with experience in estate planning and administration, probate, and related areas who can provide exceptional client engagement experiences to our clientele. This position is full-time and on-site.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience within a law firm. They are a person that has an ability to earn people’s trust and have excellent client communication skills.
Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on legal issues related to trusts and probate
- Meet with clients on estate planning engagements. Analyse what client needs are and the best ways to meet those needs
- Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust litigation
- Provide legal advice to clients on related issues
- Stay current with changes in the law and regulations
Qualifications:
- Illinois License to Practice Law
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to set priorities and manage time to ensure work is timely and efficiently completed
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately, always assuring a top-notch client experience
