Are you available to work a flexible schedule that will include some weekend coverage?
The schedule consists of the following:
- Office is open from 7am-9pm
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Overtime opportunities are available and may be required during peak times
- Some weekends will be expected
Responsibilities:
- Manage a constant volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide consistent and accurate information, utilizing established processes
- Display empathy and understanding toward our customers
- Demonstrate a persuasive approach when offering company’s membership program
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must have evening and weekend availability
- Ability to work confidently and as a self-motivator in a call center environment
- Proficient computer and typing skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent
