What You’ll Do

• Strategically assign technicians to appointments based on skill sets, parts availability, and customer needs, ensuring the right technician is on the right call.
• Communicate with technicians to provide clear instructions and coordinate parts and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with the warehouse to schedule repairs and ensure timely service.
• Provide real-time updates to customers about technician arrival times and reschedule calls when necessary.
• Assist with dispatch board updates, including time-off requests and technician availability.
• Monitor weather and traffic conditions, alerting field technicians to potential delays or hazards.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Proficiency with data entry systems, Microsoft Outlook, and dispatch tools like Service Titan.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
