Anthony Restoration is a growing company looking to add a Lead Mitigation Technician who understands home services and emergencies to our team. We are looking for passionate people that care for others impacted by damage.

We are looking for someone technical to help guide customers through an emergency event start to finish. We use technology on a daily basis, note-taking and updating the team is required. Detail orientation is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team and perform production/restoration process per work order
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Delegate, communicate and manage tasks with other technicians necessary to complete work order
- Must have an ability to be On-Call 24-7 for emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Experience with cleaning/restoration
- Experience serving residential and commercial properties
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally throughout Northern Virginia
- Ability to wear a respirator and other PPE as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
