The Kitchen Manager is responsible for supporting the GM with all Back of the House operational aspects of the restaurant.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Supervising all Kitchen Staff
- Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- Optimizing profits by controlling food cost, production, waste, and labor
- Conduct inventory and ordering
- Training and developing all kitchen team members
- Upholds all company standards and procedures by ensuring Uncompromising Food Quality, speed of service, and food preparation is always flawless
- Open to learn the front of the house position
Kitchen Manager is a full time position with great benefits such as :
