Restaurant Manager Requirements * Good stability with past employers * 2 years of Restaurant Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment * Success in leading teams of 30 employees * Excellent communication skills * Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills * Results driven with a people focus Prior experience as restaurant manager, supervisor, shift lead, kitchen manager, or any other restaurant management functions highly desirable.
