Anthony’s Ladies Apparel is seeking an Online Order Processing Specialist to oversee the processing all online shipments from 13 shipping locations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our shipping process and improving the customer experience through on-time or, dare we say it, early deliveries of orders.
You’ll be communicating and coordinating with 12 store managers and an onsite warehouse team in a timely and effective manner, as well as assigning and managing up to 400 orders daily. You will also proactively communicate with customers about their orders and help answer inbound customer service questions.
In addition to having strong communication and customer service skills, the Order Processing Specialist should understand shipping, warehousing, picking, and e-commerce.
What you’ll be doing In this role:
· Work closely with E-commerce team and 12 store locations to get all online orders processed and shipped.
· Coordinate and communicate with store associates, managers, and customers to ensure we are properly picking, packing, shipping merchandise.
· Provide excellent customer service through communicating with customers via phone and email and maintain detailed records and notes for all customer interactions.
· Solve problems that arise in relation to online orders, i.e. shipping issues, customer issues, etc.
· Run and analyze shipping and end of day reports.
· Identify opportunities to improve the online processing, then develop, implement, and manage the solution.
· Support the team to pick, pack and ship online orders, process returns, transfer merchandise and put away merchandise for future picking.
· Other duties as assigned.

Necessary Skills:

- Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems and MS Office (Excel & Outlook)
- Basic technical support troubleshooting abilities with computers
- Ability to take direction as well as self-motivate and manage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude to learn new processes and systems quickly.
- Interest in fashion and retail a plus
- Must be fluent in English

Compensation to commensurate with experience.
This is a full-time position in our West Palm Beach office and distribution center. Please note the interview process may include a phone interview and on-site interviews. Job offers will be contingent on a background check.
