Retail Sales Associate and Cashier

Anthony's Ladies Apparel is seeking an experienced Sales Associates for our Bonita location!

At Anthony's Ladies Apparel we believe sales associates are essential to delivering customer service that offers a pleasant shopping experience and drives sale results. Sales associate duties establishing and maintaining customer relationships by delivering superior customer service, staying up-to-date on fashion trends and store merchandise, maintaining store organization and properly working registers to ensure a well-rounded customer experience. Candidates must possess previous retail experience, the ability to multi-task and work flexible hours.

Job Description

• Assist customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner delivering superior customer service.
• Consistently seek trends and product knowledge.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products.
• Be aware of current promotional events and sales.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Properly execute all relevant register functions.
• Handle online orders with attention to detail and minimal errors.
• Help grow our customer base by adding customers to our VIP program and email list.
• Be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling phone orders.
• Keep sales floor clean and merchandise organized.
• Stock shelves, counters or tables with merchandise.
• Set up advertising displays or signage and arrange merchandise to promote sales.
• Stamp, mark or tag merchandise with correct prices.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred).
• Must have previous retail or sales experience.
• Be an excellent salesperson and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively with team members.

COMPENSATION

To Commensurate with Experience

These are paid part-time or full-time positions which require the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business. Applicants will be subject to a background check and drug testing. Please note that the interview process may include a phone interview and on-site interviews.
