Basic Function:
Our Chinook's at Salmon Bay location is seeking a Dining Room and Food Truck Manager who will uphold and exceed Anthony’s reputation for the finest fresh seafood, expertly served with an uncompromising commitment to quality and value. In this dual role, you will manage both the dining room and our food truck, ensuring exceptional guest service and leading your team members to deliver the same high standards. Time spent is 50/50 restaurant and food truck.
We are excited to extend Anthony’s excellent fresh Northwest seafood to more guests in our Snohomish and King County communities through our food truck. Join us in bringing the Anthony’s brand to our communities!
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations in the dining room and food truck, including staffing, marketing, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Providing exceptional guest service and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Leading and developing your team members to ensure outstanding service quality.
- Collaborating with local businesses and partners to promote our food truck offerings through catering and events
Position Requirements:
Valid Washington State Drivers’ License (2 years clean driving record)
Ability to lift 45 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to drive 23 – foot Food Truck
Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate is an experienced Kitchen Manager with front of the house experience who is able to place a high priority on quality and consistency. Thrives on the challenge of owning the food truck concept, representing our brand, and building a highly performing team. Must be able to work within the guidelines established for the position as well as have the ability to self-direct implementation of tasks and goals to be accomplished and or exceeded.
Compensation:
$28.00-$31.25 an hour depending on experience.
An incentive percentage of 0% - 1.55% is decided upon hire and is based on the operating profit of the Restaurant and paid out in accordance of our incentive and period-based cycle.
