About the Role
Anthony’s Villa is seeking compassionate Community Respite Provider to offer temporary, supportive care to children in need. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to make a meaningful impact in their community.
As a Community Respite Provider, you will care for children in your home, the client’s home, or in a community setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while families take a well-deserved break.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children.
- Supervise and interact with children in structured and unstructured activities.
- Follow the child’s care plan and ensure their emotional and physical well-being.
- Communicate effectively with families and Anthony’s Villa staff as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Pass BCI & FBI background checks and Child Care Background Check.

Complete onboarding process, including:
- 5-hour Trauma-Informed Care training (virtual).
- CPR & First Aid Certification.
- Credentialing onboarding packet.
- Ability to create a safe and engaging atmosphere for children.
Location: Flexible – Provider’s Home, Client’s Home, or Community Setting
Pay: $125 per child/day (3 hours) | $20.00 per hour (up to 3 hours, max $60)
