About the Role
Anthony’s Villa is looking for caring and reliable Staff Respite Providers to support children and families in need. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping children thrive by providing short-term care in a safe, engaging, and structured environment.
As a Respite Provider, you will work in clients’ homes or community settings, ensuring children are cared for while giving families a much-needed break.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of each child.
- Follow child-specific care plans and behavioral strategies.
- Communicate effectively with families and Anthony’s Villa team members.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Pass BCI & FBI background checks and Child Care Background Check.

Complete onboarding process, including:
- 5-hour Trauma-Informed Care training (virtual).
- CPR & First Aid Certification.
- Staff training & credentialing requirements.
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging environment for children.
Location: Client’s Home, Community Setting
Pay: $15 per hour (up to 3 hours) | $90 per child/day (3 hours)
