Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager at Anthony & Sons Bakery. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of our bakery equipment, overseeing preventive maintenance tasks, supervising a team of maintenance staff, and ensuring efficient maintenance management of the facility.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills : ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Equipment Maintenance : experience managing maintenance of large industrial bakery equipment
- Preventive Maintenance : knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and processes for maximizing equipment lifespan and reducing downtime
- Maintenance Management : ability to manage maintenance staff, prioritize tasks and oversee maintenance operations efficiently
- Maintenance & Repair : ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair bakery equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments to identify maintenance needs and schedule repairs proactively
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered
- At least 5-7 years of experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing or food production environment
