The #1 Residential Swimming Pool Builder in the USA is looking for a construction professional to join our team as our Swimming Pool Renovations Technician in Pinebrook, NJ
Job Duties :
- Responsible for handling, transporting and delivering pool chemicals to customers including but not limited Chlorine, algaecides, pH balancers, muriatic acid. Responsible for adding chemicals to customers pools per manufacturer's directions
- Measure and install safety covers per manufactories' guidelines.
- Perform advanced chemical balancing and testing of water.
- Diagnose, repair, and replace swimming pool equipment.
- Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of all pool services performed.
- Takes care of company vehicle by keeping maintained, clean, and stocked. Responsible for maintaining accurate and proper level of inventory on vehicle
- Clearly communicates with the renovations, construction, and warranty divisions by giving essential recommendations regarding customer claim issues
- Keeps current on pool-related service aspects by attending vendor and trade show training.
- Dedicated team player with the ability to manage others in an outdoor, residential construction environment.
- The candidate should be able to direct their co-workers in successful achievement of their construction goals, while also interacting politely and respectfully with the client.
- The candidate should be well-organized, reliable, safe, logical, and self-motivated.
- Assists in the in-field training of new team members.
- Ensure that SOP's and safety procedures are followed in the field.
- Other projects and duties as required / assigned.
