Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Crew Member to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a willingness to learn various aspects of landscape maintenance. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to lawn care, hardscaping, and general landscape upkeep, ensuring that our clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hardscape installation, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, and edging and blowing.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining gardens.
• Engage in tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating various landscaping equipment.
• Ability to dig and perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Eastampton, NJ 08060 (Required)
