We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team in our multi-family community. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing tenant relationships, showcasing properties, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with prospective tenants while maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the community.
- Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels, providing exceptional service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and property availability using property management software.
- Handle conflict management and resolve tenant issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
- Support administrative tasks including filing, scheduling appointments, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs.
- Stay informed about local housing regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
Experience
- Previous experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques to effectively address tenant concerns.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $16.23 - $17.00 per hour
