Anthro Energy is a fast-growing battery startup seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis.In this role, you will work closely with our product, sales, and leadership teams to design compelling visual assets for presentations, slides, and collateral that effectively communicates our product offerings and brand message.What you will do
Design visually engaging slide decks for internal and external presentations to investors, clients, and partners that effectively communicate our product’s valueDesign marketing collateral including brochures, product sheets, email templates, flyers and conference materialsWork closely with the sales team to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials including company website, slide decks, and product sheetsDevelop and maintain design templates to streamline the creation of future presentations and collateralCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design needs and ensure timeline delivery of materialsRevise designs based on feedback and ensure high-quality outputStay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual communications.RequirementsProven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similarExperience creating presentation slides (e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote)Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and creativity in visual design. Ability to understand and translate complex concepts into visually appealing designsKnowledge of branding principles and how to apply them across different mediumsExcellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback constructivelyPrevious experience in a tech or hardware-related industry is a plusAn interest in technology and clean-tech is a plusFamiliarity with web design (e.g., basic HTML / CSS or tools like WordPress is a plus)Experience with video editing or motion graphics (e.g. Adobe Premiere, After Effects)Familiarity with UI / UX design principlesAbility to quickly adapt to a fast-paced startup environmentBenefitsRemote work with a flexible schedule
