We are seeking skilled Clinical Fellows in Speech-Language Pathology to join our team in a school setting. Our ideal candidates are compassionate and dedicated professionals who share our passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Our Process:
- Apply and meet our team: Qualified applicants will be invited to a meeting to learn more about our process and the support we provide.
- Get to know you: We'll discuss your experience, qualifications, and what you're looking for in a role to ensure we match you with the right opportunities.
- Interview with our school partners: You'll have the chance to explore caseloads, school cultures, and specific requirements for each position.
Clinical Fellow Support:
- We have a network of experienced Clinical Fellowship Mentors to guide and support you throughout your CF year.
- Bi-weekly team meetings allow you to connect with other SLPs, share ideas, and address challenges.
- You'll receive regular one-on-one caseload support and mentorship from our Clinical Support Director.
- A generous materials database and additional stipend are provided to help you succeed in your role.
- You'll be reimbursed for ASHA dues and licensure fees in Michigan.
Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders is required.
- Experience as a Graduate Student Clinician in a school setting is preferred.
- Desire to work in a team-oriented school setting and a passion for delivering quality speech therapy services to students.
- Ability to obtain Speech-Language Pathologist licensure through LARA.
