Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range : $57,144 - $59,694
- Compensation is based on qualifications and clinical experience.

We are looking for a Clinical Fellowship SLP who has graduated within the last year, or will be graduating soon, to join our Speech Language Pathology team. In this role, we are seeking CFY candidates who are passionate about one thing, making a difference in kids lives. You'll be taking on many responsibilities, most important of which are listed below.
Assess students' speech-language abilities and develop treatment plans.Deliver direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEPs.Develop goals and conducts assessments in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.Have a passion for supporting complex communicators and utilize a flexible approach.Willingness to collaborate and engage with all key stakeholders including colleagues, school administration, and caregivers.Ensures that evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery strictly adhere to school, state, and federal guidelines.Embraces additional responsibilities that contribute to our mission at AnthroMed Education to deliver the highest quality of services to meet the diverse needs of the students we will serve together.Qualifications
Previous experience in school-based and / or pediatric settings whilst in graduate school is highly preferred.Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) through ASHA.A valid or future Maryland SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.Equal Opportunity Employer
