We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Clinical Fellow (CF) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our extraordinary therapy services team in Delaware for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year!

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range : $53,310 - $54,630 (based on qualifications and experience).

    • About the role :

  • Assesses students' speech-language abilities and develops treatment plans.
  • Delivers direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEPs.
  • Develops goals and conducts assessments in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
  • Passion for supporting complex communicators and flexibility in your approach.
  • Willingness to collaborate and engage with all key stakeholders including colleagues, school administration, and caregivers.
  • Ensures that evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery strictly adhere to school, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Embraces additional responsibilities that contribute to our collective mission.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in school-based and / or pediatric settings is preferred.
  • A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) through ASHA.
  • A valid Delaware SLP license from the Delaware Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.
