We are seeking an experienced CCC-SLP to serve as a Clinical Fellowship Mentor through the end of the current school year. This role offers the opportunity to support a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) who is completing her remaining CF segments with our team in a K-8th grade caseload across three schools on the same campus in Whitehall, PA.

Mentorship Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
- Observe therapy sessions, provide constructive feedback, and guide best practices
- Support the CF-SLP with caseload management, treatment planning, and documentation
- Assist with IEP meetings, evaluations, and therapy strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with ASHA’s CF mentorship requirements
To be eligible to mentor a Clinical Fellow, candidates must:
- Hold a current CCC-SLP throughout the entire CF experience
- Have at least 9 months of full-time experience as an SLP after earning the CCC-SLP
- Have completed at least 2 hours of professional development in supervision since earning the CCC-SLP
- Not be related to the Clinical Fellow in any way
