Pediatric Speech and Language Therapist Role

We seek a skilled SLP to join our team in supporting Early Childhood/PreK students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations and be passionate about delivering high-quality speech and language services. As an SLP, you will collaborate with special education teachers, support staff, and families to design individualized therapy programs addressing each student's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of concern.
- Develop and implement targeted interventions based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with instructional staff to create data-driven treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with professional literature and best practices to inform practice decisions.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment through effective communication and teamwork.
- Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving sessions.
- Ensure all services delivered align with school, state, and federal guidelines.
- Support teachers in identifying and referring suspected speech and language delays/disorders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid MI SLP license.
