AnthroMed Education is expanding our team of Social Workers and Mental Health providers who support students across Michigan! We are currently hiring a full-time School Social Worker to support students in South Lyon, Michigan, across two elementary buildings with a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students.

School Social Worker Requirements:
- Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work.
- LMSW license or eligibility in the State of Michigan.
- Approved School Social Work (SSW) Form (SS310).
- Preferred experience in a K-12 educational setting.
- Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions, promoting social-emotional learning in classrooms.
- Create lesson plans for SEL learning and other interventions in collaboration with teachers.
- Promote a positive school climate by utilizing evidence-based practices for safe and supportive environments.
- Develop and implement IEPs, FBAs, and BIPs to meet individual student needs.
- Provide advocacy, child welfare, and case management services to students.
- Assess and provide clinical interventions for students with emotional, social, attendance, and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to address mental health and social-emotional issues impacting student success.
- Facilitate professional development for staff in areas of SEL, self-care, and trauma-informed practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support student success.
