School Social Worker Role

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic School Social Worker to join our team at one of our partner schools. This role involves working closely with special education teachers and families to develop tailored support plans for ASD students.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver necessary support to general education and special education students according to their IEP requirements.
- Participate actively in student IEP meetings to track progress toward set goals.
- Offer group and individual counseling sessions to help students respond positively to interventions.
- Foster collaboration between special education teachers, support staff, and families to design and implement individualized programs for students with ASD.
- Evaluate student behaviors and present findings to relevant parties to inform effective support strategies.
- Identify suitable community resources for students and facilitate their access to these services.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
