Primary Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling and Support: Offer individual and group counseling sessions to address students' personal, social, and academic challenges.
- Social-Emotional Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies to enhance student behavior and academic outcomes.
- Crisis Management and Response: Respond swiftly and professionally to crisis situations involving students, including mental health emergencies and family crises.

This role is based in Michigan, with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually.
