Position Details: Work in an incredible district with wonderful support! This social worker will work with PreK-8th grade students across two buildings in the Aurora area.
This is a full time position for the 2024-2025 school year.

Responsibilities:
- Provide school-based counseling services to students.
- Conduct services in individual and/or group settings based on student’s needs
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for students to encourage social, emotional, and educational growth
- Develop methods of tracking the effectiveness of behavior support plans through the analysis of behavioral data and makes changes to the plan as necessary
- Participate in meetings and maintain records of assessments and progress monitoring
- Organize classroom meetings, social skills groups, etc on identified areas of concern for the students
- Connect students and families with applicable community mental health organizations
- Offer staff development on issues related to social-emotional-environmental factors that impact learning
- Promote student self-advocacy and independence by encouraging each student to identify his/her needs and preferences
- Collaborate with families about the educational planning for each student
- Other duties as assigned
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Approval to work in schools in CO
- Previous school social work experience is preferred.
- We fund a 100% FREE Health Insurance plan.
- We offer salaries paid weekly to full-time staff
- 30-35 days of PTO which includes holidays. All school holidays are paid breaks for full-time AnthroMed staff.
- 1:1 support from our Clinical Director who offers caseload support
- 100% reimbursement for Licensure dues.
