For the 2024-2025 school year, we are seeking a school Social Worker to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, well-resourced network and grow with the school, students and community.
Role Responsibilities
Full salary paid weekly ranging from $63,000-$81,000, based on experience

For the 2024-2025 school year, we are seeking a school Social Worker to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, well-resourced network and grow with the school, students and community.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and outside agencies to support student well-being
- Conduct assessments and provide input on IEPs and 504 plans
- Implement behavioral interventions and crisis support strategies
- Support the social-emotional development of students across various grade levels (TBD)
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Valid DC DOH Social Work license
- Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- Passion for working in a school-based setting and supporting diverse student populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Monday-Friday
- 5 days per week
