Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
This SLP will provide in-person direct services and progress reports/IEPs for a blended caseload of K-8 students.
The dedicated SLP will work closely with students, families, and educators to provide quality speech and language services.
This unique caseload offers the opportunity to support students with various communication disorders, from more severe delays secondary to Autism to articulation/language therapy for students in the general education setting.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate student's speech-language abilities to make eligibility determinations and provide evidence-based therapeutic intervention
- Provide high-quality direct & indirect speech-language therapy services according to the students' IEPs
- Conduct assessments, analyze results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills
- Makes determinations regarding discharge/dismissal from therapy and appropriate accommodations
- Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support students' communication and participation in the academic curriculum
- Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery align with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Assist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders
Requirements:
- School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-12th grade children
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
- Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
