Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $58,210 - $72,910 (based on qualifications and experience).

About the role:
We have multiple positions available with different age groups and student populations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assess students' speech-language abilities and develop treatment plans.
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEPs.
- Develop goals and conducts assessments in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
- Have a passion for supporting complex communicators and utilize a flexible approach.
- Willingness to collaborate and engage with all key stakeholders including colleagues, school administration, and caregivers.
- Ensures that evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery strictly adhere to school, state, and federal guidelines.
- Embraces additional responsibilities that contribute to our collective mission.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings is preferred.
- A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- A valid Maryland SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.
